Lincoln County Trails Days 2009.
Saturday September 26th and Sunday September 27th.
Five-million acres of public land, six state parks, and two wildlife areas – welcome to Lincoln County. Just north of Las Vegas you’ll find a land like none other. We say it’s primitive and it is to some extent but not where it counts. We have Mother Nature’s greatest creations and you can drive them, ride them, hike them, bike them, or simply admire them. The trail starts in Lincoln County. This September, pack up the kids and haul the toys to Pioche. Lincoln County is hosting its 6th annual Trails Day event, coinciding with National Public Lands Day on September 26. The Lincoln County Trails Coalition, in cooperation with the Bureau of Land Management, Nevada Division of State Parks, and the Lincoln County Commissioners, have planned a full line-up of events. Come join us for some fun on your public lands.
